The survey 256 Vietnam, shows that 5 affect eco-bags, including Knowledge, Attitude, Price. Individualism collectivism, which collectivism most influential factor. Therefore, proposed managerial companies providing eco-bag services plan appropriate strategies increase number using eco-bags.
